This set contains everything you need for a cost-effective start in the world of professional outdoor surveillance using four cameras during the day or night. This starter package contains a compact digital recorder with H.264 compression and VGA output, plus four IR day/night outdoor cameras and ready-to-use accessories (4 x combi video cables, 4 x 12 V power supply units). The compact DVR provides four channels for recording at up to 25 images/sec (real time) and five different resolutions (max. 704 x 576 pixels). Thanks to H.264 compression, video images are saved in optimal quality, take up little storage capacity on the hard disk drive (not included – we recommend the SATA HDD (500 GB = TV8940 1 TB = TV8942)) and are optimised for rapid network access. Depending on the setting, recording is started manually, according to a schedule, using a motion detector or following an alarm (four alarm inputs). The four IR cameras included in the set have 380 TV lines and a 3.6 mm fixed lens (angle of view: 71°), and are designed for day/night operation in protected outdoor areas (IP66) thanks to the integrated IR LEDs. Internal cable routing and Easy Plug technology allow for quick, easy installation – all four cameras are ready for use in no time with the supplied 20 metre cable and power supply units.
